Payment and Delivery Methods

Address delivery within the city of Kyiv is free for orders over 1000 UAH.

The delivery cost for orders under 1000 UAH is 100 UAH, with a minimum order weight of 20 kg.

Operating hours:

Orders are accepted “today for tomorrow” from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM by phone, via email, or through the website’s cart 24/7.

Citywide delivery is available from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday (Saturday and Sunday are days off). The time, address, and delivery conditions are coordinated by phone with the company’s manager.

Payment methods for orders:

Payment methods are determined on an individual basis, both for legal entities – in accordance with the terms of the concluded contract, and in cash to the courier after inspection.

Self-pickup from the warehouse:

A convenient and free way to receive your order. Kyiv, Yevheniya Malanyuka Street 114A, Cold Storage Facility No. 3 Warehouse working hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Product Quality

The quality of the products we supply corresponds to what is stated and is confirmed by all the necessary certificates.

Upon delivery, you have the right to refuse and not accept the delivery if the product arrives thawed or its quality does not meet the stated standards.
